Privacy Policy

At Reach Timelapse we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients, potential clients and other website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure.

When using the Reach Timelapse website, we want to ensure your user experience is as easy, useful and reliable as possible. When services are delivered on the internet, this often requires placing small amounts of information on your computer. These files are known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally but purely exist to improve services for you.

There are two cookie types that you may encounter on the Reach Timelapse website – ‘first party cookies’ (necessary for our website to function and ensure a positive user experience) and ‘third party cookies’ (delivered by other companies and determine ways in which we can improve or enhance our website).

We use third party services Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of website visitor behaviour patterns. This information doesn’t identify any individual, it is used to find out the number of visitors to each page of the website so we can see if some pages need to be made a bit more exciting.

Mailing Lists

As you might have noticed, we have no data collection area on our website. We are not signing you up to receive newsletters, emails, text messages or nice gifts from us, the website is just to tell you about the services we offer. We do not pass on any information or contact details we hold for clients to anyone else.

Access to your personal information

If you are a previous client or employee then you are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold about you. If you are an existing client or employee then we obviously need to keep some details but please let us know if you wish to check or amend them. Email your request to Paul Harris,
